Think I'll go grab these on the way home this AM;

"I have 7,000 sportscards to give to anyone interested. Some are boxed sets, some are loose. All sports included. All are in mint cond circa 1980's. Basically they are of little value as they have been appraised and were found to be common." (Card store spiel no doubt)

Doubtful Honest Carl, the card store guy would take the time to rifle through all this Modern. And if so, I doubt he caught every variation, misprint, SP etc that may be present. It's likely all junk, but heck, may get lucky. Otherwise, I'm off to the dump.

Awful. Mostly late 80's to 90's. Most stuff was thrown into brown paperbags. A few near-mint 500ct boxes, but I quickly lost interest. Did find a Glavine rookie with 3 sharp corners! The lady reported getting 15 calls this AM -from grandfathers, not kids.

If it sounds too good to be true...
