Why doesn't Wisconsin get any respect?

OK, other than the facts that (1) they haven't played anyone and (2) they'd be .500 in the SEC, does Wisconsin really deserve to be ranked #16 behind the likes of Boise State, West Virginia, and Cal? Their only loss is to Michigan, after all. It will be interesting to see if they jump ahead of all the teams that just lost their 2nd game this weekend.

    Rutgers should have a huge boost. Beat the #3 in the country; then the #4 Texas, #5 Auburn, and #8 Cal all lost.
