1943 100lire vatican gold ? Question

A local dealer aquaintance is submitting this coin to NGC for authentication on behalf of a customer who wants to sell it. Is there anyone who would have an intrest, information about it, and if so, what type of value range is this coin in and what can he expect to sell it for?

I think NEN had quite a few Vatican gold from this period.
