NGC to PCGS regrades 2 for 3 plus schooling

I sent these in for Re Grade to PCGS. All were in NGC holders.

1) 1 10813524 9777 1999-W $5 Washington US MS69 (Gold Commemorative) NGC MS70
2) 1 10813525 4019 1943/2-P 5C US AU58 (Overdate variety) purchased on BST- NGC AU58
3) 1 10813526 3148 1998 1C US MS66RD (type 2 Wide AM) NGC did good on these.

No major surprises, and they fit in a blue box now.
I bought the gold much less than the PCGS price guide listed, but still 200 more than what a 69 is worth in the PCGS guide. Expensive tuition but I received an A$$ociates degree.

Are the MS70 like the PR 70 where they won't cross them?-------------BigE

That is correct BigE. PCGS will not cross a 70. PERIOD ! I was told that from my first phone call to customer service. I looked at the coin under a loupe and it is not a 70, but then... for me. 69.9 is tops I am happy it made 69 and glad that I didn't pay moon money for it in the NGC holder.
