Can anyone tell me anything about this card?

I can't find any info on this card and was wondering if there is any value and if there are other 22k gold cards to collect? The scan makes the card look dull but it is a bright gold color. This is number 1454 of 9800.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

    Saw this some years back on QVC. It was given away with every $100 order or so for cards. I heard it was so popular they made an additional print. But this is 8 years ago and I have had a few glasses of Merlot tonight so I could be slightly wrong. But no far. I dont' think it is worth more than a few bucks
