will get a deal for more than $11mm a year? I can't imagine what he's thinking. Might as well watch a robot play.

    With Scott Boras as his guardian playa, I doubt it. Drew had hype his rookie season, so he had something to bargain with. Now, he has his injuries. So he may end up on some non-contending team.

    my thoughts are that Boras already has a verbal secret agreement with another club for more money. otherwise there is no way they opt out and take the risk of not being able to match the contract.
