Bill Walsh battling leukemia

I have just learned that former 49ers coach Bill Walsh is battling leukemia.

I hope he recovers his good health.

    That sucks, I heard earlier today that he almost died in 2004, hope he makes a full recovery!

    Truly sad when anyone gets stricken with a disease such as this. I, too, wish for his full recovery.

    Very sad. What a great football mind he has. Words like "genius" are sometimes used too often in describing some people who really aren't geniuses, but genius I feel does aptly describe Bill Walsh.
