Value of a Set. Help requested. 2004 Mint Set All Top Pop

I have for some time collected and assembled some pretty cool sets. I was asked by my insurance company to put a valued on some of my collection. So...I am asking for help on what the value of this set be placed at for replacement (if possible) value. I am stumped as I don't think I could assemble it again even will several of the coins I have as dup's. Please give me your estimate for replacement either post or PM me. Thanks Walt

OK I have no idea how to put a $ value on your great set.
But I would think you should have records of how much you put into it. And by the title of the set, the return on it will depend when it is liquidated.

Thanks........I beleive when the 2006 Mint sets are added to the registry, you will see several "Perfect" sets. This one is perfect too........
