PSA Submission Package Refused????

I just got home to find a box on my door step and excitement turned to amger when I realized it was my tall boy submission from last week (clearly postmarked 10/31 and labeled on the outside October Tall Boy Special). The package was stamped refused and mailed back to me. Anyone ever have this happen and know of why it may have happened? I boviously am going to call customer service tomorrow but I am not too happy right now.

there is a mix up somewhere , crack open a brew relax and then call PSA and I am sure they will get it fixed. PSA would not just "refuse" a package, something got mixed up at the post office. They would have taken it in and put it on the problem shelf if there was an issue with the submission and someone would have called you to get the problem fixed.
  • Did you mail it to the PO Box? or there Street Address?

  • I just called and spoke to Julius in Customer Service. He asked that I mail it back to his attention and he would look into it. I didnt make a deal out of it at all. I must say though that working for a company that takes pride in customer service I did not hang up though phone with a sense that PSA shared the same motto but maybe that will change when the package is received and we learn why this may have happened.

I can certainly see them refusing it if lets say, you didn't put the cards in the kind of holders you're supposed to or whatnot, but to refuse it w/o even opening it, yes that is very unusual (there's no way they could know how you sent the cards otherwise).
