Help on cancelling a bid

eBay item 320045593568. My instructions clearly state that I need contacted before you bid if you have less than 10 feedback. This person snuck in at the last minute...and look at the bidder's feedback! I would hate to get my first neg from a buyer like this.
Any suggestions? Ebay won't let me cancel the bid, since the auction is closed.

A side note...I would bet almost anything that this is a guy I had a problem with about a year ago. Someone bought from me, didnt pay, and when contacted gave me the excuse that his " son " was using his account to buy cards without him knowing.
Meanwhile there was piles of feedback from recent card purchases...modern cards mixed in with vintage such as t-206, just like this guy has now. The name sounds similar to the one I dealt with. He probably got shut down under that name and opened up a new account.
In the end I received a couple of negatives from the guy after I filed a NPB with ebay. Hope the same doesnt happen with you.
If your 100% feedback means that much to you I would wait and see if he pays, and if not just take the hit on the $1 in fees, relist and move on without leaving him a neg. It sucks, but that is the way it goes sometimes.

<< <i>just wait until the last possible moment like in 90 days or whatever and give the nagative feedback if he doesnt pay...lol >>
This won't work as eBay will give him more time to leave feedback.
