1983 Topps Fold-outs...how do you seperate them?

Just picked up "Set #2 of 5" 17 Homerun Leaders pack...included Yaz, Schmidt, Bench, Perez. They dont look perforated...do you cut them out? If so, how??? Anyone have any luck? How tight is PSA on the grading on these?

Yes, I have had luck with them. Probably half of the ones on the pop report are mine. If I remember correctly, almost all of my last sub came back as PSA 8. I think there is only one PSA 9. I use an xacto knife with a metal straight edge, and cut out the photo right on the photo edge leaving no white border left on the card. Like I said, I consistently obtain 8's, so I must be doing something correctly. I do not know how to get higher than 8. My guess is that I don't get perfect corners when I use the xacto.
