If the darker appearing areas on St. Georges thigh, and the horses high points are just stacking friction, i.e. not circulation rub, I'd say 62-ish. Otherwise, 58
You really can't divine a grade from these images. Also, the fields fore and aft of Vic's bust will definitely spell out if it's lightly circulated or not.
Y'know, even though I read the title when I clicked on this thread, it didn't register. I was thinking it was a sovereign. Since it's a 2-pound and therefore a somewhat larger coin, I will be a little more forgiving on some of the small marks and amend my grade upwards, to a 63.

I'll go with a high-end 62 or perhaps a 63, if it isn't a slider 58. I don't think it is, but it's hard to tell from the picture.
