Does the declared value of a submission affect the choice of which graders handle the submission?

For example would a really high dollar submission go to more experienced graders? Is this regardless of the service level used? Thank you!

    I can't comment on our internal procedures, but I can tell you that every coin gets a fair hearing at PCGS.
