Question about the Nov. special...

I'm building a submission to take advantage of the current special...

How strict is PSA with the $75 cap? Two of the cards I selected were over, one with a BV of $100, one with a BV of $150.

I'm submitting 50 cards, so is throwing these two cards akin to taking 14 items to the 10 item express lane? (Ummmm, not that I've ever done that....)

Or will PSA light my cards on fire and send me a video of them doing so, as punishment for not following the rules?

Agreed. That rule is in place basically to keep '52 Mantles and the like out of the grading special submissions. Outside of that you should be fine.

all that matters is what you declare. you can not declare over 75 for the card. this is for risk/insurance purposes

I think you can be pretty aggressive on the limits. If you send in a '52 Mantle on a special with a $75 limit they might call you on it. I doubt they would say anything on modern stuff. Just value it at $75 or less on the form.

Thanks, and with modern "book values" I could probably replace both cards for $75 and have money left over.
