I have a plastic case with a silver 1000 yen coin and a nickel 100 yen commemorating 1964 olympic games in Tokyo, Japan

Could someone tell me the silver composition and value of this set issue in todays prices.

Thanks for any info.

A Really Nice 1000 Yen in a 67 or 68 NGC or PCGS slab can go for $60-$120. I don't have my book handy to see if there is much of a premium for a plastic case holder, if it's the orignial one. If it's a nice set I'd guess anywhere from $50-$100 on ebay. Do you have pictures or an estimate of condition?

    Thanks Stork,

I actually have a dozen sets that my father bought when the family lived over there. I would say they grade 65 on average. I don't have access to a scanner.
