Is this against ebay policies?

Are sellers allowed to determine their own conversion rates for overseas transactions? I just came across a seller who says that he accepts US dollars at a rate of $2 for every one pound. Is this ebay legal and, if so, how does the seller adjust the invoice to account for the difference (currently, the conversion rate is between $1.88 - $1.90 for every pound)?

Thanks

Arthur

EBAY.UK may be a bit more liberal in their TOS than is EBAY.USA.

If you log into the UK site you can read their TOS regarding conversion
    rates.

In any event, if you wait a few days, $2.00 might be about right. (LOL)
