Contact wayne Herndon (wayneherndon.com) He reguraly submits coins to both PCGS and NGC, and when I want to submit some, he is always happy to help me at little cost.

The question is hard to answer without knowing if your coins would go fit onto anothers submission form.
Are they a modern sub? Gold maybe? World coins? Each one takes its own submission form.
So without knowing what you want submitted, no one knows if it will fit their submission form.
No one was ignoring you, you just didn't give enough info for a reply.
