N0 = Authentic ??

Hi all - Just had a submission pop, and one of the cards has come back with a grade of N0.

09150154 1952 WHEATIES GEORGE MIKAN ACTION-HAND CUT N0

All I can find is that they've slabbed it as Authentic but no grade. Is this correct ?
