I think those grades are fine assuming that these are your very first Roosie grades? I did far worse then that and I still get hammered on my submissions, that is why I have laid off for 6 months.

Well, if anyone is unsatisfied with their MS65FB Roosevelts, I happen to know someone who is actually trying to put together a set in that grade

..and nice results there...either I'm too strict, or I haven't found a good full band anything to send in yet.
