I have been paid.
the problem with his account is that he is not verified.....
After corresponding back and forth with him several times....I will admit that Matt seems like a well intentioned collector and a pretty decent guy that probably got a bit overwhelmed under his previous ebay ID. If he would have just admitted such initiallly back then I wouldn't have been so ticked about it.

Just give it the allotted time and get your fees back. The guy is obviously a first class loser.
After you get your fees back just post the cards here, Im sure you will find someone willing to take them off your hands for roughly the price they went for on ebay. You wont have to pay the ebay fees that way, or deal with any of the nonsense he has now put you through twice.

I'm done with it. If payment arrives, that's great and he will get his cards. I've answered his ridiculous responses in the dispute consoles.

once again somehow this is my fault.
I swear....it's like it's an old girlfriend I pissed off or something trying to get back at me.
Just file the NPB, get back your fees, block the bidder, pour yourself a nice martini and be thankful you have a life.

He's bought multiple times from me without issue. I took the paypal...as he has great feedback there.....
The whole unconfirmed thing...well, alot of people have cards mailed to their work place..or a home in which they do not own/reside....partly I think ...to hide from the Mrs.!!! lol
anyways.....it's hard to confirm when you don't live where you work. So I look at their payment history...as long as it looks legit...why not take it??
Last week...4 cards were purchased...paid for within 4 minutes and sent out the next day...it can be that easy!!!

wait until you get someone that is not on the up and up that pays you with an unconfirmed address and then come back and tell me how easy it is. Do a search here on this forum or the coin forum for paypal or paypal problem, etc...and you'll see what can potentially happen. Now don't take me the wrong way...I am not saying that he is a crook or anything like that. He's either extremely new to all of this or just doesn't read or understand my terms. If that was/is the case, all he had to do was email and ask.
I really have nothing against the guy other than he completely jerked me around last time under his previous ID and then pm'd me on here trying to twist it into somehow being my fault. I file my NPB's on the 10th day with him or anyone...makes no difference to me unless they have written prior and given some reasoning. I do that simply because if the bidder is just being lazy, that 99 times out of 100 will get them to mail payment or paypal it extremely fast and if they have no intention of paying, it's that much sooner I can request my Final value fees back, etc.
Now with the new ID and new listings, it certainly appeared/appears as though he is now being a decent ebayer judging by his feedback.
That said.....he says he is mailing payment and I have explained that I am not changing my paypal account or preferences (for my protection as a seller). I certainly hope he does because I would love to be done with these cards!
If he does, I will certainly report back and edit the title of my thread to reflect that.
It would appear that problems on ebay are directly proportional to the value of the item you are selling....the more it is, the less problems, vice versa.
I just looked back in my records . He bought 2 items from me within the past month. Paid within a few days of winning them. The first paypal payment was a confirmed address , the second payment was from an unconfirmed address and the best part both were the SAME Address. Now i remember a couple of years back when i was paying for some auctions i won, my address was coming up unconfirmed when in fact it was my confirmed address.
