I was fortunate to be one of the beta testers. I don't know when it's going to be implemented, but I will say that this is a REALLY OUTSTANDING upgrade! There are MANY very worthwhile improvements over the old system.
We are in are final stages of beta testing right now. The feedback has been great!
BTW, if you were testing before, you might want to log back in and check it out. We've made even more improvements and enhancements since you were testing a month ago.
If all goes well, we'll launch next week. I'll be sending out an email announcing when the current registry will be frozen and when V2 will go live. If you have not received my previous emails, you might login to make sure your email address is correct. If it is, check to make sure email from setregistry@collectors.com is not being spammed. You can change your account information here: http://www.pcgs.com/join/update.chtml
If you are interested in testing, email me directly and I'll send you the link to the new Registry. We will need all testing done before Sunday.
jmj3esq, The new Registry is real improvement over the old registry. Many great new features very easy uploading of new coins to all your registries with one upload of the coin into the system. Photo's are much easier to also upload and can have multiple images of each coin. The Photo Gallery is probably my favorite feature of the NEW registry. There is a whole page of all the coins in a set that is separate from the coin listing where photo's are also featured. This NEW system will be enjoyed by all everyone will have to be paitient and take time to adjust to the new system as it can be overwhelming at first but will be easy once you get used to all the features that are available. I'm also a beta tester and have enjoyed the new system and look forward to it going LIVE so all can enjoy. I've upgraded most of my PHOTO's into the new system but still have a few more to complete as I'm home only on the weekends. So watch and enjoy when it goes LIVE. Mike.
Someday REAL Amercian HERO's will be on our COINS.
Enjoying time at home with the family now is my full time passion.
RBinTex - Please contact Ron Guth (guthr@collectors.com) at PCGS regarding the Pop Report. I didn't even know there had been changes mades. That's how "out of the loop" I am!
Mike - Just a reminder that any changes you made in V2 will not transfer when we do our final import next week. I don't want you to spend a whole lot of time loading pictures only to see them gone after the launch! P.S. Glad you like the software!
1. We fixed the VAM/variety issue. You can now lookup individual spec numbers for VAMs and varieties again (although you have to look them up by individual spec, they don't show up in the reports by default - there are too many!).
2. We're in the process of getting that horizontal bar (to show the grades) put back in. That should be back (hopefully) early next week.
If anyone else has any problems with the new POP, please feel free to PM me and I'll do my best to get them figured out for you.

Is there a way to keep the grades in that horizontal bar so that they appear as you scroll down through a report as in the old version.
i.e.
PCGS No Date Den Variety Desig VG F VF 40 45 50 53 55 58 60 61 62 63 64 65 66 67 68 69 Total
That was a nice feature.
Just a thought
Gil
May I add? The look of the report is EXCELLENT
