Is driving me nuts. Normally, it's great. The little window pops up at the bottom when there's 10 minutes remaining left on an item I'm watching. Every time I boot my computer up the little windows pop up before I can even log onto the Internet and notifies me if my snipes won or didn't ... blah blah blah.
The other day I got shilled and the shiller went over my final bid. Needless to say, I get the second chance offer 10 minutes later. I decline and remove it. Now, every 30 minutes another window pops up reminding me that I have a second chance offer. I know I do. I removed it already.
Isn't a second-chance offer only supposed to last 24 hours or so? This damn thing has been popping off for over 2 days now. Stupid toolbar.
