I will take all the suggestions.............perhaps if someone has something that will fill a particular persons want list then I will match that up with the partucular person........ I know myself that I only own baseball stuff, so i will not be able to come up with "other" sports stuff for someone..............I see no reason that someone would have to have to go out and buy something that they do not already have to fill some wish list..............
Still open to more suggestions.......

Lostdart,
that's exactly the point I made earlier. We should try and keep shopping for items down to a minimum, otherwise, its going to create more stress.

you are right, I posted but never committed. I had to find out if I can do this first. Go ahead and count me in. If I can't fulfill a wish list, then I will just purchase appropriately.

I like DeutscherGeist's idea about matching up want/supply lists somehow. It'd help limit the amount of shopping that needs to be done, but of course, it'd be considerably more work for lostdart...

That seems way too complicated.
You take a list and randomly assign names to people. You send whoever is on your list something in the $25 range. I say we try to keep it simple. I guess maybe we could put our favorite sport next to our name so that you know what sport the person on your list prefers, but I say that's as detailed as we get. Otherwise it just becomes to confusing and takes all of the fun out of it.
Just my 2cents.

I do have an extra Jack Morris rookie card! SMR says it is worth $24, so I'll kick-in a holiday surprise along with sweet Jack (oh! sorry, that's his fellow rookie second baseman, sweet Lou!)
That's a very nice Morris rookie card--seriously!!!
you must have read my post on page 3.
I thought nobody would have a nice copy of that card and willing to spare it from this relatively small pool of people compared to the CU members at large.

The "gift" is not limited to PSA cards......for that matter it is not limited to cards.....it could be some sort of memorabilia.
