What are the odds of Miami being the first team to beat Chicago this year?

And yes I'm talking about football. Miami beat Chicago in 1985 when the Bears were undefeated and caught New England sleeping last year. Could it happen again?

It's the NFL, not Ohio State versus Middle Southwest Montana Tech, so of course it's possible. Likely? Probably not. I don't see Miami scoring more than 10 points, most likely.

Hey. Some of us MSWMonTech alum take offense to that
I don't see Miami having any shot at beating them, but, hey, it's the NFL.

scares me is because of their easy easy schedule, they can wrap up the #1 spot pretty easy and that means they only have to
play one game at home to get into the super bowl. Is there a team right now in the NFC who could beat the Bears up there
in early January? Right now, I don't see one. You have to get the Bears on the road, get down and then step on their neck. Find their
QB and rip his head off. Run right at Urlacher and put him on his backside. If you can't do that, then don't show up.
The sad part is that the Bears have a sorry schedule.....as a playoff team who was in the #2 spot last year, that just shouldn't freaking
happen. If the Bears had the Bucs schedule right now, they would be no better than 6-2!

<< <i>On any given Sunday Chicago's offense can go in the tank. Next time it won't be the Cardinals "letting them off the hook". What

Surely this can't be right?? Even with home field without you have two games before the super bowl, right??
Either way, it's hard to believe their schedule can be so easy, especially with their record last year. I don't know about your Bucs, but check out the Colts schedule this year.

@ the Jets

@ New England

and home games with Philadelphia and Cincinnati.
That's brutal. Fortunately they play in a weak conference and get four easy games with Houston and Tennesee. It'll be interesting to see if the Bears do what the Colts did last year. Clinch early, take a month off, and then can't get it going in the playoffs. That seems to be our (the Colts) plan again this year.

common, you will both be on the couch come January, except Bear fan will be parked for only one week, while Eagle fan will be
parked their the whole post season....and actually Andy Reid will be parked their until the fork lift comes and gets him off

Grossman looks more and more like he has no idea what defenses are doing to him - it looks like teams have enough film on him and have figured him out - he threw 4 picks against AZ and today's debacle as well.
Miami played inspired ball today - I wonder where that inspiration has been all year?
<< <i>I've been telling ya all season that the Bears were playing over their heads. I'm still predicting a first round playoff loss for them. >>
Same guy who has been telling us Philly was a more complete team, when the Bears were number 1 in scoring, scoring defense and special teams. Yeah your analysis carries water. Anyway ain't this fun. This has been a fun year...Pittsburgh loses to Oakland, defending champs, Detroit beats Atlanta (of course according to all you experts, the NFC north sucks) Indy can't play defense but still beats the Pats, its gonna be a fun next couple of months wouldn't ya'll think. Oh yeah even Tampa has won a couple of games.
LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!!!!!!!
<< <i>Eagles will be just fine. They'll be there in the end ... >>
Nothing at all against the Eagles just trying to add some realism into this little online planet.

What's up the Cowboys? Man, that was a tough loss yesterday. TO dropped what should have been the winning TD and then you get the crazy ending with the penalty. Inexcusable loss for Dallas, and a game they should have won easily. And why in the world is Tuna going for 2 in the freakin' 1st quarter?? That was plain dumb.

<< <i>LOL....he called it about 20 minutes after the game was over...not sure if that counts

Of course it counts. For example, Axtell still calls 'em wrong even after the game is over.
