New 21S VAM?

Just ran across this 21-S Morgan. Appears to be a die crack which comes from the denticle through the right top crossbar of the first T in STATES and has pushed it up and to the right. Any thoughts? Thanks, Bill.

Looks like a scratch to me, and the metal to the right of the T is dug out of the coin (not the die) as you can plainly see the depression as well as the upper right of the T taken off.

In hand it looks more like a crack than a scratch, the depression had me wondering. Thanks a lot for your input. Bill.
