SF Mint debacle

I'm getting very sour on these and other coins floating around in the skies and trucks until they come to rest on your front porch damaged. Then the hassle and risk to return or refund. I'm in the camp of refund for my unc...but I love that reverse. What to do?

Did yours get dinged up or just received outside of it's capsule?
Mine wasn't in the capsule, but no marks seen on either side with a 10x loupe. I am miffed though that it has fuzzies from the case on the coin now, but that's nothing that won't blow off with some canned air.

Mine was still in the (bottom) capsule but the're many nicks on the obverse (from the loose plastic?). I think it was rubbing against some other coin before it was placed in the capsule. At any rate, it's not a shining example.
the FedEx link from the Mint website is a fluke! States "Not Found"
at FedEX site. Arriving parcel post I assume.
