5 of my new ASE sets just came

Well I just got handed 5 of my new 20th ase sets by the FEDEX guy. Now I have to resist opening it again like the gold. So hard not to peak inside.

So off it will go tomorrow with my last age set in hopes of super duper grades, and money to pay my stinking bills.

LOL

O well, every Monday should start off with a package from the fulfillment center and FEDEX.

By the way the box looks like it contains all 70's so I am excited.

  • Mine just arrived 15 minutes ago. Woo-hoo. Now I just need to find a way to get this big ol' box to PCGS without having to refinance my house to pay for the postage and insurance image

  • Fedx said sent 10-27-06 ! I will get Silver set today. What was the last date for submission for first strike?

  • Mine says shipped on 10/27
  • Wouldn't it be great if PCGS worked something out with the Mint such that we could opt to have our shipment go directly to the graders, saving us time and postage. image

Received my 10 ASE sets 30 minutes ago, with a 10/27/06 ship date. I couldn't resist and opened the box, every coin was loose in it's capsule, two were out of there capsules but are mark free, sweet. Guess I can't send them in, but the box could be easily retaped.

Every rev. proof has a teeny bag mark below the T in Liberty, no 70's for me

Cutoff for silver sets is 11/11/06 Now as long as your set reads shipped by 11/11/06 you can send in whenever you want. Even 1 year from now.

It merely nears to have been shipped from the fulfillment center before 11/11/06

I opened my sets, could I retape the box and send it in, 10/27/06 ship date?? How would PCGS know, are they tape and shipping experts too??

Got my three today. Didn't even know they had been shipped as it's not reflected on the order on the mint website. The coins were loose in the box in all three sets. Still inside the plastic holders, but loose in the box. I didn't really have time for a thourough inspection, but just glancing at one set, the coins are spectacular. Oh, and none of mine were taped shut. Whats the deal, can't send them in if they aren't taped shut?
