What do you guys think of this 1951 Proof Quarter?

the pics are really good.
the obverse overall dont look too hot, maybe the lighting angle isnt helping but the lib in liberty looks weakly
struck?
also there looks like doubling on the motto. ddr?
the reverse looks super.
grade?.....pr65-66?

edited to add: maybe lower due to cheek scratches but
again, if the shot is ever-so slightly out of focus even it will accentuate all those
ever-so-be-it small blemishes and make the marks pop out and look alot worse than what it looks like in hand

or is it a mark on the coin.

To me, the obverse looks lifeless, and there appears to be a major scratch in the right hand field. I would say PR62 at best.
