Money has left commodities and is going back into stocks; gold is old.

Gold has not broken out yet and the signs aren't all in place. I'm expecting more violent sideways moves.

Watch the dollar and bonds. When they set new lows, gold will be approaching the recent highs and ready for a sustained rally. This one will be longer lasting but more subdued than previous moves.

Fake GDP reports, increase in wages no where in sight. Increase
in personal debt 9 trillion dollars up 40% in last 5 years alone.
And what the heck is "a violent sideways move"?

Yes, it's all over for gold. How can anything that has been down for 20 years ever comeback? From here the stock market should reach 36,000 and gold return to $450 or under...at least that's what my stock broker told me.

Roadrunner -- that's what my broker said too. Stocks are way undervalued because of the misperception that they are risky. Once people realize that they are no riskier than short term instruments, there should be a one time correction up to 36,000.

After the next really successful terrorist attack- my guess would be an EMP bomb that knocks out all of our communications for a couple years- the stock market will plummett to less than 2000 and the price of gold will soar to above $5000 per ounce.

If we keep up our dependence on mid-eastern oil we'll only be funding the people who will want to carry out such a horrible catastrophy.

That sideways action is actually a descending triangle that ultimately breaks out strongly to the upside or downside. During that past 5 years, these breakouts have been upwards. This one apparently is doing the same thing. This would tend to support a still living bull.
