Couldn't find this one in K&M.

Looked in another book and I may have found it, but maybe some of
you folks have more reference material than I do.

    Chien Lung - T'ung Pao

    Reverse
You should rotate it by 180. The two Manchu characters mean Shensi(not "senshi", that's a misspelling) mint.

Emperor: Chien Lung, also Kao-Tsung (posthumous title) 1736-1795 AD

There is no date on this cash coin.

Please excuse my ignorance. Is this a 1 Cash coin? 10 Cash?

This is 1 cash and there was no 10 cash type in Chien Lung period. A cash coin without denomination is usually 1 cash. There are two or three Chinese characters on the reverse of other cash coins of higher denominations, such as 10,50,100,500 and 1000.

This is a 10 cash coin of Hsien Feng period.

    Obverse

The Chinese letter on the right is "chung" (means "heavy") rather than "T'ung".

    Reverse

The letters on top and bottom mean "equal to 10 cash coins".
