It looks like someone accidentally flipped the photo. The writing on the holder is backwards, too.

Ok. I'm pretty good at expaining things and understanding how things happen but I don't know how this could be. Notice that the writing on the flip is reversed too.

You can do that in photoshop.

Is that all you noticed as being out of sync? How about the reversed position of the bust and the reversed lettering of the motto? It's obviously a mirror image of the coin. Could be that the coin was imaged with a scanner and that the settings of the scanner software are set improperly.

You don't notice the hole as much with the image like thta.

What I think the seller did is scan it upside down and then tried to fix using a 180 degree rotation and reflection.

I think you've got it and they didn't get it all flipped.
