David Lawrence Auction Archive is now online

We have just deployed our latest web site feature which allows everyone to search our complete auction archive database. Our IT department did a beautiful job on this and I think you'll find it very easy and fast for researching information. You can browse the archive without logging in, but prices can only be seen after you log in, which we assume is a small price to pay for access to this data.

Thank you very much for adding this feature to your already excellent site!
This is VERY much appreciated. Many of us use auction archives for numismatic study. Having your archives available is great.
Thanks

John - That doesn't seem to be the case.
While a search for MS60-70 1926-S Buffalo nickels brought up four previous sales with "Login" written beneath "Realized", I was able to see the prices realized after I chose to view any one of the four individual lots.
DL shipping of auction lots won is something else. This week, mine took a full three days just to get from coast to coast and to my door.

Agreed, they are VERY good and their customer service is great. Now I know they must be "BUSY" but they take care of business.
You are correct on this. In our first launch, we have not blocked the view of realized prices from the actual view lot pages for auction histories. That second phase will be completed later this week. Thank you for pointing it out.

Coming Very Soon...
Also...stay tuned. In the next 24 hours we hope to launch a brand new project called "StellaWiki". Stella is our in-house code name for big IT projects and Wiki, as many of you may know, refers one of the hottest new trends in Internet communities. The idea is that we will create a "container" for all the items in the U.S. coin database and populate each page with historic images of coins we've handled, as well as related auction records. Where is gets interesting is that all users can modify the content of each page and add images as well. This is a totally free service, and we hope that users will make it a useful resource for all coin collectors. I will post the link later in the day (or tomorrow).

David Lawrence Rare Coins; DLRC is located here in Virginia Beach. Not really a "Brick & Mortar" business but they have been gracious enough to let me stop in and view a coin that I was interested in purchasing. I sent an email to Jason last night about a coin I was interested in. He got back with me first thing this AM. I asked if I could stop in and take a look at the coin. It was very short notice, but he let me stop by to take a look see. Thanks Again Jason!
Oh yeah. Heres the coin I brought home:
