Isabella II of Spain proclamation medal - help!

Went to TOREX coin show today and brought back with me a couple of Spanish colonials (1807 8Reales for my year set, 1813 Oaxa 8Reales "SUD" copper), Cuban lattice counterstamp of 1841 on 1808 Seville 2 Reales, and an interesting Spanish proclamation coin. Not much information on the flip, other than it's listed in Herrera's "Medallas de Proclamaciones y Juras de los Reyes de Espana" (anyone has this reference?).

Obverse: Image of Hercules and two lions, pillars behind him. Legend: PROCLAMATA.GADIBVS.XIX.NOV.ANNO.MDCCCXXXIII
Reverse: Spanish crowned shield. Legend: ELISABET.II.D.G.HISPANIARVM.REGINA

Anyone familiar with this one?

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
