Where can I buy retail cases from?

I know this has been mentioned on here before, but I can't remember the answer. What I'm interested in really is a retail case of 2006 Topps Heritage Football (yes, I know it's a presell). Chris at blowout cards doesn't have any, nor does LR Cards, DA Card world, or any place on ebay. I've heard of a place called "Top Line" or something like that, which might. Anyone have any suggestions?
