Looks like a team of 6 year-old cut and pasted this thing together. Has anyone ever seen these before or know if this is a legitimate card? Thanks

This is a legit card, but PSA will not grade this issue.
I used to have that card and the Babe Ruth.
The card is printed on really thin paper more like Rice paper and most are o/c
