Question on the appearance of an ebay Morgan

Seeking a couple opinions. I know it's hard to say with cetainty from a picture alone, but is there anything suspicious-looking with this Morgan? I don't know if it's the exceptional photography or not but the strike on most of the Morgans this seller has up are uncommonly detailed and full. I was considering on bidding on a couple of his Morgans. Maybe I'm just being paranoid about raw coins on ebay; I got burned on four coins from dmplrainbow before joining these forums.     If you get it for $12, who cares!!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Looks kinda ticky & weak struck for a 65. The surface doesn't look very good, almost looks AU to me. And of course I never believe that a raw ebay coin is really PL or DMPL. If it was as adveretised & described it would be a $3,000 coin, that speaks volumes in itself.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    The leading 1 and 8 look altered. But of course, who would do that? Do you think the 9 and 1 look altered?
