Fleer Mark Mcgwire painting

I have this painting/foldout. Was this some sort of redemption from fleer or was it sold seperatley? it is numbered to 2100 and is an actual oil painting according to the inside of the foldout. Any info or value estimation would be great.
Im trying to attach pictures but they are two big ill see what i can do after work but if you know what i am talking about please give me some info. It was made in 2001 and has a big picture of his face behind a smaller picture of him in his swing follow through.
