yep. nice DMPL, common date with some hits == 63. they're brutal with common dates. might get a 64 on eye appeal and strike, but the hits.......

I am thinking ms-63DMPL. I do not think the cheek scrape will let it go higher, but you never know.

they do this on purpose.
They want to drive up revenues by making you resubmit for an upgrade.
It will come back next time as a 62 DPL.
You will be tempted to resubmit and you will. It will comback as a 64 - no PL.
You wll again be tempted and will resubmit for an upgrade to 65 DPL.
Luck happens when preparation meets opportunity.

I believe this is an old "no-line fatty" slab and just reflects the tighter grader standards of the day.
