Foreign non-sports and ACC codes

I've purchased non-sports cards where the seller provides a foreign code such as V-276, which is a Gum issue entitled Fighting Forces. The Sports Americana Price Guide to Non-Sports 1930-1960 only lists ACC codes, mainly R codes, and no foreign ("V") codes. What is resource for foreign codes? For baseball I use the following:

edited to add: That being said, I don't know where you would find a comprehensive listing of issues from Canada, Australia, Germany, Peru, etc. and would be interested in the answer.
