Hi Ron,
I've been trying to get an answer to this question for several weeks to no avail.
I know PCGS will designate 1955 Franklin Bugs Bunny variety if submitted via the error tier. Will PCGS also designate BugsB's of dates other than 1955 if the die clash is clearly visible?
I have a really sharp example on a 1953-S, and 1954 and would like the designations but don't want to throw away my money on a grading fee that will not happen.
Best regards,
Greg
