Here's a twist similar to the unopened mint sets in envelopes

This guy implies he doesn't know the year of the roll of Sacagawea's because the roll is tails/tails. Then implies you might find a Reverse of 1999 coin.
On the Sac rolls there is a Sacagawea Obverse and Reverse drawn on the label. Whatever year is on the obverse drawing is the year of the roll.
Also I don't think it's likely a 2000 roll could contain a Reverse of 1999 coin (Cheerios Dollar). Those coins were made early, then shipped to General Mills. The design changed and production coins were made as they stand today.
Knowing the US Mint I'd hate to say it's impossible but it's darn sure not likely to find a Cheerios in a mint shotgun roll. A bank roll maybe.
