Name the leading dealers in their specialized fields...

For example, who are the leading dealers in Russian coins? Links to sites would also be helpful.

Why is it that I'm noticing the Russian 5 Roubles gold coins are very common in very high grades and don't seem to garner as much of a premium than their counterparts from other nations?

There must have been some huge hoards of Russian gold in European banks, and it hit the market in the late 1980s and 1990s. It is not uncommon to see high mint state roubles, many of which in the old first generation NGC holders. I am also curious to know what unleased the flood of coins.
