HOF autograph prices

I have an opportunity to purchase the following two autographs from a friend of a friend ( non ebay)

1) slabbed (PSA) GPC of Hugh Duffy $ 700

The autograph is a little shaky

2) slabbed (PSA) GPC of Fred Clarke $425 Auto is in good location.


I think both these are fair prices, maybe on the high end of the market range.

Not much to go for ebay sales of the autos


I would appreciate any commenst if the price seem oK
