November special $5 please

I know it's early to discuss such things but I have cards to send and money to spend so PSA please give me a $5 special, all sports '72 to the present with some reasonable max value like $200 per card. I will be forever grateful.

    hey this may sound pretty stupid but ive never actually submitted any cards personally before and i was wanting to do it soon...where do i even start?? do i first have to sign up and pay like a certain joining fee or something?? any help would be awesome! thanks

    Make it pre '72 instead of post '72 and I've got stacks to go in. There never seems to be a special that would be a strong incentive to grade vintage mid grade cards, and I think it would drive a lot of submissions.

    Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

    Ditto....I have over 150 1985 Topps FB to get graded and would love a $5 special!!! I've been waiting a few months now and getting really antsy to spend on some grading specials!

    Gimme a pre-war special ... please please please please please please!

    BSUballer, you have to join the collector's club but it really isn't a registration fee. For the (roughly) $100 it costs you also get 6 free subs, a year subscription to SMR online, the pop report, supplies for your intial sub, a book and you get a magazine copy of SMR sent out at an unknown (by me image) frequency. If you plan on making a submission I found that it was a better deal than just paying the per card rate.

    Plus, you're eligible for all the monthly specials. I can't tell you enough how valuable both the SMR online and the pop report have been to me. And the mag version makes good throne-reading material. image

    ok i signed up for the Gold membership!! im excited to get goin on these...so does it just take a few days for them to process it before i can veiw the pop report and that kinda stuff?

    Uhh ... if I remember correctly it doesn't take that long to obtain access to the online services. I think they'll send you an email shortly and you're in from there. It didn't take long for me to get my package from PSA either with all the vouchers and other stuff.

    I agree $5 special and maybe a pack special to get it kicked off right, although it is a month late, but better late than never.

    i'm all for a pack special too have about 200 packs i'd like to have graded but 14 is still steep when bulk gai is 8.00

    I doubt we'll see a pack special anytime soon- it would be pointless for them to drop prices before submissions have really started, especially since the ones they have taken in still haven't been graded from the National. I would think there won't be a special until submissions start seriously dropping and they've amotized the tooling for the holder.

    Second that, it would be nice to see a '50s and '60s special on low value cards.

    yes but there is no point in having GAI grade packs for free at this point , they aren't bringing a premium given their lack of credibility recently from the authentication end.

    How about.... $5 special for cards with a BV of $1 or less.

    I could have Newport Beach flooded within 24 hours after posting a special like that.
