Some #1 draft picks from 1978

I have an old copy of Pro Football Weekly in front of me from June 1978. On the cover they have some
of the #1 draft picks for that year, only one of these names I recognize (Earl Campbell).

Were the rest of them busts or ? The names don't look familiar.

John Anderson - Green Bay
Steve Little - St. Louis
Art Still - Kansas City
Ross Browner - Cincinnati
