Speaking of beer.. What's a beer cost at your stadium/arena?

At the Edmonton Oilers games here at Rexall Place it costs $7.50 CAD ($6.65 USD) for a cup of beer.. it's about 1 can worth of beer..

Ridiculous.. and don't get me started on the popcorn and $8 burgers with no sides included..

Same price at GM Place in Vancouver, or at least it was last year (haven't been to a game yet this season). They even charge you an extra quarter if you want a decent beer (Rickards) instead of Molson Canadian.

Dodger Stadium $8 for a regular or $11. for a tall can size
Staples Center (Kings, Clippers and Lakers) $10 for regular draft bud, 2 seasons ago. Probably 18 bucks by now.

  • Wrigley Field this past season was $5.50 for a 16 oz draft of Bud or Old Style and $5.75 for a 21oz draft of the same. It was a $.25 more for a beer from a seat vendor, which was a 16oz as well. I think that has to be among the best deals in all of baseball.

    For Texan games: $7.50 - $8.50 (depending on beer) for 12 - 16 oz and $10 for a 20+ oz

Astros: $6.50 for a 12 oz and $10 for a "Texas Size" which is 20+ oz

    Rockets: $7.50 for a 12 oz

That's what I used to think too, but after reading this thread I'm not so sure. I paid $8 for a cup this summer, and while I don't remember how many oz.'s it was I do remember that it was BIG.

  • I don't do alcohol at stadiums for this very reason, so my memory might not be perfect, but I think it's like $6 for a "regular" beer (Bud) and $8-something for a "large" at Petco Park (San Diego), more for better beer. $7 will get you a regular-sized Smirnoff Ice or a teeny bottle of wine image
