1958 TOPPS MICKEY MANTLE PSA 8 OR 1954 RED HEART PSA 9 WHICH IS BETTER?

I would like your expert thoughts on which is of better value/collectibility. I know it comes down to what matters to the collector, but I want some feedback please. Which is better, a 1958 Topps Mickey Mantle #150 PSA 8 high-end or a 1954 Red Heart Mickey Mantle PSA 9? The 58's sell on Ebay for $2500-$3000. What is the estimated value on a 54 Red Heart PSA 9? Please let me know which you'd take if offered between a choice of the two. Thank you for your time.

according to vintagecardprices.com the last few Red Heart Mantle 9's sold for
    3525. Goodwin
    3285. Mastro
    4074. Memory Lane
    3250. Ebay

'58 Mantle 8's have ranged from 1979. (Mastro) to 4098. (Memory Lane) in the last 6 months.
If you throw out the high on each as an abberation the median price on the Red Heart is about 1K higher than that of the '58 Topps.
