OK, what to buy after post office loses my first submission

Well, if you read EagleEyeKid's post about me and his debacle with the post office leaving my first PSA submission of cards at his door with $505 insurance on it unsigned, then I would like some suggestions at what should replace those cards once the insurance money finally comes in. I collect all football, but only do star rookies cards for players from about 1983 to present, and also like all HOF'ers, not really that much into the crazy off-brand stuff, just main issue. I'm also a huge University of Alabama fan, so that would be a plus too.

I'll be glad to send you some cards to ease the pain.
I don't remember this - what's the sub #?
Or do you have a list from the sub.
Sorry to hear about this. As it goes for suggestions? Have to think about it.

That sucks. Glad you had it insured.
Time to suck it up and become a Notre Dame fan.
1955 PSA 7 Four Horsemen card.

It was a modern sub, at least I didn't lose all my vintage raw football in the process. I have the entire list at work of what was sent, but off the top of my head included:
3 Reggie Bush 06 topps chrome's se rc. at least 2 should have gone 10
Laurence Maroney 06 topps chrome se refractor should have 10
91 stadium club favre was a 9
89 score barry sanders was a 9 from a 2 pack purchase from bbce
3 each 89 score suppl sterling sharpe and bo jackson's should have got a couple 10's out of the 6 cards
gary zimmerman 87 topps should have went a 9 last sold for around $50 on Ebay, for the all decade registry set collectors
about 10 common 89 score cards that should have got a few 10's
I really would like some good opinions on what to buy, don't know if I should go with one HOF card, or a couple of really nice cards like that.
