1952 wheaties

I bought some cards recently that were cut out but have a black border around the cards. If I want to have these graded by PSA what do I do. Exacto Knife around the card or leave with the black borders.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do a search for 52 wheaties psa on ebay and look at the ones available and already closed. It looks like the borders are gone, there's a lot of examples
