coin help

Hi everyone.
I hope someone here can help me with this question. I had someone come to me at a show with a mixture of mostly slightly uncommon coins, low grade 1860s GB pennies some 1890s Mexico silver minors 1870 Peru Sole vf etc. There was one coin I didn't know what to do with. I was able to id it as Egypt AH1255(1845) 1 Para(xf grade). The only one I could find I Krause is KM221 listed as Rare......
Does anyone know if this coin is really rare or a mistake in the book? Is there a like design that I am missing? Is there more than two people that collect these if it truly is rare?
Sorry I don't have a picture but the coin is identical to KM221 page 279 in my 4th edition 19th century Krause.
